  • Manage Users Search: Fixed an issue with Manage Users search where it would reset after entering a search query as if you hadn’t entered anything
  • Blank Help Desk: There was a temporary issue after publish that caused all help desk related screens to be blank

  • Dashboard Arrange Reset: Fixed an issue where the Dashboard Arrange function would reset when the page was refreshed.

09-09-2024:

  • Packing List Formatting: Adjusted Packing List formatting to ensure all serials are visible in large batches. Added small breaks at the top and bottom to prevent obstruction.

  • Parental Coverage Search: Resolved an issue where Parental Coverage Search was not functioning correctly after Fair Use Policy changes.

  • Loaner Device Detachment: Fixed an issue where users were not fully detached from Loaner Devices when tickets were closed or devices were moved from active to loaner status.
  • Approval Information Verification: Resolved an issue where the Approval Process was pulling incorrect student details.

  • Invalid Email Login: Fixed an issue where staff members with emails matching the account’s domain were unable to log into the Help Desk Submission Portal.
  • Grade/Department Selection: Made Grade/Department fields optional. Checkbox now properly switches between Grade and Department.

  • Manage Users Search Issue: Fixed an issue where the Manage Users search was not functioning properly.
  • Help Desk Issue Mismatch: Resolved an issue where selecting “Technology” in Help Desk Issues would automatically append an unrelated maintenance issue.

  • Ticket Closure Time: Resolved an issue where Ticket Closure Time was not updating correctly for advanced Help Desk tickets.
  • Breakage Rate Calculation: Corrected a decimal miscalculation in Breakage Rate, which was displaying incorrectly (e.g., showing “0.17%” instead of “17%”).

06-13-2024:

  • Help Desk Email Links: Fixed an issue where certain links in Help Desk Email Notifications were not working properly.
  • Building Name Sorting: Updated the Help Desk Submission Form to sort Building Names alphabetically.
  • Import Field Blanking: Fixed an issue where imports would blank out fields if certain cells were left empty.
